Can't use CURL anymore after installation of Direct Admin

Hi,
I just noticed that direct admin is creating strange behaviors when I try to download a file using curl or wget.
Before the installation I coud download every file without any issue, after the installation I can't download file from a lot providers and I get always the error "Coection Refused".
I tried with 2 Vps, a dedicated server from 3 different providers, ruing Debian 9,debian 10 and centos 7.
Always the same issue.
Is there a way to get Linux download file the same way as before the installation?
