Blank screen after install Evolution Skin & Apply to admin user

Hi Support team,

I've uploaded & install Evolution Skin then apply it to me and now all page are blank, I've tried to clear cache and login again, after login I've got blank screen too.

Please help me, now I can't access to control panel.
