How to move content from abc.com/jp to abc.com domain

Now I have a domain like this: https://abc.com. By this domain, I can access on content English.
By domain https://abc.com/jp then go to Japanese content.
Actually, content in English and Japanese is completely different and I don't use content in English.

Yes, there are multiple ways to have this done.
If I understand correctly you don't want the English version to be used anymore.

Personally I would remove the English content from abc.com and move everything from abc.com/jp to abc.com and then create a .htaccess 301 redirect from abc.com/jp to abc.com so everything is working fine, also for visitors trying to reach the abc.com/jp site.

There is also a faster, easyer but less neat option.
From within the DA panel you could use a site redirect to redirect https://abc.com to https://abc.com/jp so people will only reach the https:/abc.com/jp site. The https://abc.com site will not be reachable anymore then.
