PHP 7.2.0 Released

- Includes libsodium in core - mode cryptographic library
- Now was (instead of notify) for unquoted strings (in future versions it will be error)
- New format of php.ini - loads extensions by their name (no ".so" needed at the end of them)
- Mcrypt is removed
