file upload problem

first sorry my english very bad

i have a upload problem with ftp client, http upload and others
when i want to upload file more then 50k with ftp or http it fails or coection problem. (with hosting user accounts)

but root user can upload files more than 1gb and no problem.

i try 4-5 user account all is same...
