Let's Encrypt Invalid Certificate for DirectAdmin Login port

Hi,
I've installed let's encrypt ssl on my vps as well as for all domains & subdomains.
Problem #1: The green sign on address bar only shows for dedicated ip enabled site, for shared domain green sign not visible.
Problem #2: SSL certificate works for all domains & subdomains but while go to login directadmin via port 2222, it showed connection is not private! And link not work if use http instead of https during directadmin login.

Problem #3: Can't access webmail from directadmin, page not opening.
