Smokeping

Maybe a stupid question but....
I'm trying to install smokeping on my server ruing CentOS7 and DirectAdmin
I followed the guide from this site http://gab-tech.blogspot.nl/2014/09/...r-centos7.html but it's not working.
Getting everytime "You don't have permission to access /smokeping.cgi on this server."
Wondering if it coud have something to do with DA? Is there someone ruing CentOS7, DA and Smokeping?
